White Fish Fresh Tacos

Hey all!

Greetings from family vacation! We are down here in Florida! The hubs and his family went deep sea fishing, and for our night to cook we made fresh mackerel tacos, with fresh salsa and guacamole.

Delish! The hubs brought back the white fish and I mixed chipotle lime rub and garlic grapeseed oil on the fish then allowed them to marinade. We then made fresh guac and salsa. (All Wildtree)
