Easy Christmas Morning
Merry Christmas!
As I look back from the hustle and bustle this season, I am truly thankful that I have been given all of the blessings that one could have. We are healthy, warm, have access to education and knowledge, have food and shelter, many friends and family and the list keeps going.

Attached is one of my favorite recipes for Christmas morning and a make ahead in the Pampered Chef deep covered baker.
Farmers Market Egg Bake:
1Lb of Sausage
Red Onion
Peppers
Broccoli
Shredded Cheese
Tomatoes
1-Dozen Eggs (About, enough to cover veggies and sausage in baker).
(Any other veggies you want to toss in!)
1- Brown sausage
2- While sausage is browning, chop veggies. As many as you would like and toss into deep covered baker. Add sausage and mix in deep covered baker. Mix eggs and pour in. Make sure all veggies are covered. If not- you will need more eggs. Top with shredded cheese.
3- Add lid, put in microwave and cook for 15 minutes. **Timing may be a little more or less depending on how full your baker is. Stick knife in center to pull clean to determine if the casserole is done.
